Role Summary

The company is hiring a driven PR Outreach Specialist to build brand credibility through strong media placements, digital PR initiatives, and relationship-led outreach. This role suits someone who can secure backlinks, engage journalists, and run outreach campaigns that increase visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media outlets.
• Identify suitable websites, publications, and influencers through targeted research.
• Present compelling story angles, company updates, case studies, and research findings to gain media coverage.
• Run digital PR and link acquisition campaigns aimed at earning high-authority backlinks.
• Create prospect lists and tailor email outreach campaigns for different audiences.
• Work closely with the content and SEO teams to promote reports, studies, and thought-leadership material.
• Monitor outreach outcomes, media coverage, backlink growth, and overall campaign performance.
• Keep track of evolving media trends and look for new public relations opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital PR, media outreach, link building, or public relations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to pitch journalists and land coverage in respected publications.
• Working knowledge of SEO basics, backlink quality, and domain authority.
• Hands-on experience with outreach platforms such as BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, Respona, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Excellent research capability and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work on your own and consistently hit outreach targets.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote role. The position may be offered as full-time or part-time depending on the candidate’s experience.
