Role overview

This is a 13-month graduate opportunity within the Public Relations and Influencer Marketing team. The position offers broad exposure to communications work and is designed to build practical experience that supports ongoing studies.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance and support at in-person events for the influencer marketing team.
  • Handle media enquiries related to samples, background information, and press releases in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly influencer marketing reports for selected brands.
  • Track, order, and maintain stock for fragrance, colour cosmetics, and skincare products.
  • Keep master media and influencer contact lists accurate and up to date.
  • Support the influencer marketing manager with content activation across selected brands.
  • Draft tactical press materials, manage press releases, and organise PR assets within files.
  • Oversee product cost budgets and share monthly spend updates.
  • Create and process purchase orders in the Ariba system.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share relevant updates with the team.
  • Take ownership of the bi-weekly newsletter, “The Luxury Edit,” which is distributed across the wider business.

Candidate profile

Applicants should currently be studying for a degree, ideally in Public Relations or Media Communications. Prior work experience is welcome but not required; what matters most is a clear understanding of the role and a genuine interest in the area.

The ideal person will be organised, able to prioritise effectively, comfortable working to deadlines, and confident communicating both in writing and verbally. Strong relationship-building skills, teamwork, and an interest in social media are also important. The role suits someone who brings enthusiasm, energy, persistence, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
