Role Overview

De Lane Lea, a key partner in high-quality post-production for feature films and premium television, is seeking a Post Producer. This role functions as the central coordinator for post-production projects, ensuring top-tier service delivery and creative excellence. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and specialist post-production teams, the position involves managing talent, technology, and workflows to achieve outstanding outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-production projects for feature films and episodic TV throughout the facility, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Interpret and oversee all deliverable requirements, including technical specifications, onboarding processes, and quality control workflows.
• Prepare comprehensive cost assessments and billing analyses for each project.
• Develop and sustain client relationships at various organizational levels and contribute to the sales effort.
• Coordinate schedules for creatives, operators, and support staff within the picture department.
• Administer and present workflow processes during key client interactions, including pre-production meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Post Producer or Post Production Manager on studio-level feature films and high-end TV drama projects.
• Extensive knowledge of post-production workflows and industry-standard deliverable expectations for feature films and episodic television.
• Proven client management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Employment Contracts, Health and Safety regulations, and their relevance to staff management.
• Commitment to Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden's values, policies, and health and safety procedures.

Working Conditions

This is an onsite position, requiring all work hours to be performed at the designated workplace. Management reserves the right to alter this arrangement if business needs dictate, with reasonable notice given.
