Role Overview
We are seeking a Post Producer to oversee the process of transforming raw footage into final deliverables. This role acts as the crucial bridge among editors, directors, and clients, managing project timelines, revisions, and ensuring every delivery meets specifications. It requires strong operational leadership to coordinate multiple workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor each project's progress from initial assembly to final delivery stages.
- Manage rounds of revisions by coordinating feedback and schedules between editorial teams, directors, and clients.
- Ensure quality control by verifying that final files adhere strictly to client and distribution platform standards.
- Handle media management, including project files and archiving, using platforms like Frame.io and internal storage solutions.
- Identify potential workflow bottlenecks and resource conflicts early to avoid any deadline issues.
- Collaborate directly with clients on delivery schedules alongside producing staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in post-production coordination, production management, or similar operational roles within studios, agencies, or production companies.
- Strong understanding of editorial processes, video codecs, and standard delivery formats.
- Based locally in the San Francisco Bay Area or open to relocation.

- Annual salary ranging from 85000 to 115000 USD, dependent on experience.
