About the Role
Lead revenue performance management for a diverse collection of hotels by spearheading data-driven commercial strategies. This role involves collaborating closely with hotel and commercial teams to enhance pricing, demand forecasting, and distribution across various markets. It offers the chance to actively shape revenue strategies, leverage analytics, and directly influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary revenue manager for a group of hotels, guiding pricing, demand, and distribution strategies through systematic performance reviews and ongoing coordination with hotel staff.
- Analyze data, market trends, and insights to uncover opportunities, implementing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability within the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to harmonize strategies, elevate channel performance, and optimize total revenue generation.
- Facilitate the introduction of new systems, tools, and revenue initiatives, ensuring high levels of adoption and proficiency among all teams involved.
- Lead and contribute to major projects aimed at refining revenue management methodologies, processes, and overall effectiveness.
- Mentor and support colleagues by building competencies and reinforcing the revenue management talent pipeline.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least six years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy, preferably within the hospitality sector or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management concepts, pricing strategies, and demand optimization techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to convert data and market insights into pragmatic, actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional groups.
- Capacity to manage numerous priorities, work autonomously, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership qualities with experience in coaching, developing, and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
