Overview
GardaWorld’s Security Services division is seeking a Portfolio Branch Scheduler to support operations in Saskatchewan from Saskatoon. This position is ideal for someone who stays organized, keeps a clear head in busy situations, and communicates well with others. You will be part of the operational support team that helps coordinate staffing, manage schedules, and keep service delivery running efficiently across multiple client sites.
As the business continues to expand, this role will help strengthen day-to-day coverage for both clients and employees. You will work closely with clients, frontline security personnel, and internal teams to make sure scheduling requirements are met, staffing gaps are resolved, and operations remain smooth.

- Full-time, in-office schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00

Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and adjust staff schedules across Saskatchewan
- Confirm that client locations have the required coverage according to contractual obligations
- Enter, update, and manage workforce information using scheduling software
- Share schedule changes quickly and clearly with employees
- Work with operations teams to reduce overtime and fill coverage gaps
- Keep records accurate and support compliance with labour-related standards
- Handle other general administrative tasks when needed
Requirements
- Completion of high school is mandatory
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a clean criminal background check
- 1 to 3 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
- Prior exposure to security, healthcare, or emergency services is an advantage
- Experience with workforce and scheduling tools such as WinTeam or Kronos is beneficial
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling systems and databases
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Professional conduct and discretion are required at all times
- Willingness to provide occasional support outside regular hours if required
