Key Responsibilities

Manage communication operations within specific geographic sectors
Engage with customers and staff in a supervisory role
Receive, prepare, and prioritize work instructions
Maintain accurate records of dispatch and operational data
Alert personnel to traffic or road issues impacting operations
Coordinate resource allocation efficiently

Qualifications and Eligibility

Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent certification
Strong English language comprehension and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational needs
Legal authorization to work in Canada
