The Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the property and its amenities are consistently kept clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep all shared spaces and amenities spotless and orderly.
- Monitor the grounds including parking areas to maintain safety and appearance.
- Perform minor upkeep tasks such as replacing light bulbs and applying paint as needed.
- Provide support to maintenance personnel when requested.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $16 to $17.
