About the Role

As a Population Health Strategy Manager in our Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes division based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will pioneer initiatives to identify, screen, and support individuals at risk of Type 1 diabetes. This position is geared towards those passionate about transforming chronic and specialized healthcare delivery on a global scale, particularly within diabetes, transplant, and immunology domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and chart the healthcare landscape, pinpointing major participants, Centers of Excellence, referral networks, and infrastructures within both public and private hospitals, infusion centers, and labs.
• Forge strategic collaborations with public health authorities and clinical stakeholders to elevate awareness concerning early Type 1 diabetes detection at prominent healthcare accounts.
• Identify challenges and eliminate operational obstacles in patient screening and monitoring, fostering new approaches for early diagnosis.
• Create and deploy collaborative care pathways and initiatives to enhance infrastructure for timely diagnosis and seamless patient experiences.
• Engage with external groups such as professional bodies and prevention networks to promote understanding of the Type 1 diabetes continuum.
• Craft evidence-backed, non-promotional messaging to educate and motivate healthcare system stakeholders.
• Continually review and refine screening, monitoring, and care delivery to boost outcomes for individuals at risk or living with Type 1 diabetes.

Candidate Profile

• Academic credentials: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Public Health.
• Professional background: Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors with a track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. Expertise in specialty disease areas is essential; familiarity with diabetes and marketing is advantageous.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong networking and negotiation talents, and the ability to operate as an agile, creative team member. Must be self-motivated, results-driven, capable of analyzing complex information, managing diverse stakeholder relations, and sharing knowledge effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with uncertainty, highly organized and detail-focused to propose behavior-changing, impactful solutions.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic with strong presentation abilities.
