Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and moderate content including text, images, videos, and other media in Polish.
• Verify that all materials adhere to community rules and platform requirements.
• Detect and address content violations according to established guidelines.
• Precisely categorize and analyze content as per internal protocols.
• Refer complex or sensitive cases to designated teams when required.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high productivity levels.
• Keep updated with evolving moderation policies and platform changes.

Requirements

• Native or proficient Polish language skills (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English for communication.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical mindset.
• Ability to make impartial decisions guided by detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and related tools.
• Professional handling of sensitive content with confidentiality.
• Willing to relocate to or already residing in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in moderation, customer support, or trust & safety roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
