Candidate Profile
- Completed foreman school or construction-related education
- Several years of practical experience as a foreman or site supervisor
- Self-motivation, teamwork abilities, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in German; additional language skills advantageous
- High flexibility
- Willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of work and review of plans
- Management and execution of construction projects in coordination with construction and project management
- Efficient deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Technical management of railway construction sites
- Supervision and control of own staff and subcontractors
- Support in invoicing processes
- Implementation of occupational safety, environmental protection, and site regulations
- Collaborative cooperation with all project participants
- Providing instructions and briefings to subcontractors
