Candidate Profile

• Completed foreman school or construction-related education
• Several years of practical experience as a foreman or site supervisor
• Self-motivation, teamwork abilities, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in German; additional language skills advantageous
• High flexibility
• Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of work and review of plans
• Management and execution of construction projects in coordination with construction and project management
• Efficient deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Technical management of railway construction sites
• Supervision and control of own staff and subcontractors
• Support in invoicing processes
• Implementation of occupational safety, environmental protection, and site regulations
• Collaborative cooperation with all project participants
• Providing instructions and briefings to subcontractors
