Position Overview
The PM Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining production equipment to guarantee safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This position involves close collaboration with process engineers, maintenance specialists, and quality control teams to support day-to-day shop floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery to sustain reliable operational performance.
- Operate and continuously monitor equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ensure high preventative maintenance uptime and maintain tool reliability post-maintenance activities.
- Perform initial troubleshooting during preventive maintenance tasks.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and compliance standards to uphold workplace safety and product quality.
- Maintain thorough records and documentation of all maintenance services performed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
- Candidates with a high school diploma supported by substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
