Job Overview and Duties

• Conduct inspections and upkeep of water supply, sewage, and drainage infrastructures.
• Install and repair various plumbing components such as pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
• Oversee the maintenance of hot and cold water systems inclusive of boilers and pumps.
• Resolve blockages in drains and sewer systems.
• Identify plumbing leaks and address water-related damage issues.
• Evaluate water pressure to maintain effective system performance.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering departments for seamless operations.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a technical certification in plumbing.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel or building maintenance roles.
• In-depth understanding of water systems, pump mechanisms, and sanitary installations.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.
