Job Description

The role involves various plumbing duties within the hotel, requiring maintenance and repair of water systems and associated infrastructure to ensure optimal operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and upkeep of water supply, sewage, and drainage networks.
• Install and repair piping, fittings, valves, and related fixtures.
• Service both hot and cold water systems, including boilers and pumps.
• Resolve blockages in drains and sewer lines.
• Identify leaks and rectify water-related damage promptly.
• Test water pressure levels to verify system efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and engineering departments.
• Document all maintenance and repair work accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Possession of a technical certification in plumbing.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in hotel or building maintenance contexts.
• Good familiarity with water systems, pumps, and sanitary installations.
• Effective troubleshooting skills to resolve plumbing issues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency situations.
