About the Company
OliOli® began as a pioneering children’s museum built around open-ended play and immersive learning. The team is now launching Hoppi®, a new family-focused play destination opening soon in a mall in Abu Dhabi. Hoppi® is being created for children aged 2 to 8, with active play experiences and hands-on exhibit spaces designed to spark imagination, exploration, and enjoyment while offering parents a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment.

Role Overview
Play Facilitators, also referred to as Imaginators, help bring Hoppi®’s vision to life by creating memorable experiences for children. In the exhibit areas, they serve as brand ambassadors and are expected to interact with every visitor in a warm, thoughtful, empathetic, and joyful way.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Hoppi® brand and ensure that every guest has an experience that is inclusive, culturally appropriate, positive, and memorable.
- Welcome visitors and guide them through the building, including information about exhibit areas and available programs.
- Help build a visitor-first, upbeat, and collaborative team culture.
- Wear the mascot costume for special events when required.
- Supervise groups of children visiting through schools, birthday celebrations, or camp activities.
- Host themed birthday parties for children and dress in costumes that align with the party theme.
- Gather guest feedback and share suggestions and observations with the team.
- Carry out daily opening and closing routines, including cleaning, replenishing supplies, and preparing program materials.
- Understand Hoppi®’s philosophy and its developmental, educational, and learning goals.
- Participate in training that strengthens visitor engagement in the Hoppi® style.
- Lead field trips and interact appropriately with teachers and students based on age group.
- Work with the team to keep the facility, galleries, and corners clean, orderly, well supplied, visually appealing, and properly maintained.
- Support child and visitor safety at all times.
- Assist visitors during incidents or emergency situations.
- Take responsibility for facility safety and report needed repairs or changes.
- Complete training and be ready to follow emergency procedures such as fire evacuation and accident reporting during operating hours.
Requirements
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably some academic background or experience in customer service, family learning, or retail operations.
- Prior exposure to working with young children aged 1 to 10 and their families in recreational settings, after-school programs, or classrooms is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with children, adults, and large groups.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is an added advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues and visitors.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to thrive in a team-based, collaborative workplace.
- Energetic, positive, respectful of diversity, patient, empathetic, friendly, and courteous.
- Genuine interest in working with children and families.
- Flexible and able to take on a variety of tasks.

Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role may involve wearing costumes, including mascot attire, and leading themed birthday celebrations and group activities.
