Role Overview

This opportunity is for the new Hoppi® concept in Abu Dhabi, a family-focused children’s space created for ages 2–8. The environment blends active play with hands-on exhibit zones so children can explore, imagine, and learn while parents experience a safe, welcoming setting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will help deliver a warm, memorable visitor experience and support day-to-day operations across the venue. The role involves direct interaction with children, families, teachers, and school groups, along with support for birthday parties, field trips, and camp activities.

• Represent the Hoppi® brand with a friendly, sincere, and inclusive approach that reflects cultural awareness and consistently positive service.
• Welcome guests, guide them around the venue, and explain the exhibit areas and programs in a clear and helpful manner.
• Help create a visitor-first, collaborative team culture.
• Wear the mascot costume on special occasions when required.
• Supervise and manage groups of children during school visits, birthday parties, and camp sessions.
• Lead themed birthday celebrations for children, including wearing costumes aligned with the party theme.
• Gather visitor comments, suggestions, and feedback and share them appropriately.
• Carry out daily opening and closing routines, including cleaning, replenishing items, and preparing program materials.

Education and Learning Focus

You should understand Hoppi®’s philosophy, learning goals, and developmental approach, and be willing to take part in training that improves how you engage with visitors in the Hoppi® style.

• Learn and apply the venue’s educational and developmental objectives.
• Take part in training sessions that strengthen guest interaction skills.
• Support field trips and engage with teachers and students in an age-appropriate way.
• Work with the team to keep every area of the building, including all galleries and corners, clean, tidy, organized, well stocked, and properly maintained.

Open Day Details

This hiring event is scheduled for Thursday, 2nd July 2026. Candidates may arrive anytime between 11 AM and 4 PM. You are expected to bring a passport-sized photo and your CV. The venue address will be shared after application. The team is especially interested in people with energetic personalities who can make children smile.
