Platform Product Manager - AI & Data Platform

Overview

The Platform Product Manager is a critical member of the digital platform team, entrusted with steering the strategy, development, and operational performance of a cloud-based AI-powered recommendation platform and its integration ecosystem. This position supports hybrid and remote work arrangements. Candidates must not be representatives of third-party staffing agencies.

Role Summary

This role is focused on delivering the next generation of a platform that synthesizes product data, customer assessments, and operational metrics through advanced analytics and generative AI technologies. The platform provides intelligent, data-driven recommendations designed to enhance customer decision-making. The product manager will serve as a liaison bridging technical teams and business units, translating sophisticated AI and data model capabilities into scalable, impactful digital products.

They will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and global business stakeholders to define product requirements, guide algorithm development, and maintain the roadmap for API and system integrations within enterprise applications.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• MBA is advantageous

Experience and Skills

• Over five years of product management experience focused on AI-centric products, data platforms, or SaaS enterprise solutions
• Track record of delivering products that incorporate machine learning, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and commercial teams
• Experience in B2B software, industrial tech, healthcare, or enterprise digital platform sectors preferred
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
• Strong grasp of AI/ML principles, data architecture, and systems integration
• Skill in articulating complex technical functions into customer-centric business value propositions
• Proficient in agile management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder coordination, analytics, strategic planning, and product prioritization abilities
