Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting experienced and safety-conscious Multi-Skilled Plant Operators for a local project near Townsville, Queensland. The available positions include Water Truck (HR), ADT/Moxy operators, Rollers, and general labourers. The work schedule follows a fly-in fly-out (DIDO) arrangement from Townsville, with a roster of two weeks on followed by two weeks off.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery such as Water Trucks, Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT/Moxy), and Rollers safely and efficiently
• Perform labourer duties as assigned to support construction activities
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and adhere to all safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess relevant RII (Resources and Infrastructure Industry) certifications
• Hold a current valid driver’s license
• Have a white or blue Construction Industry Card
• Demonstrate proven experience operating relevant construction machinery
• Be willing to undergo medical assessments, drug and alcohol screenings, and project inductions
• Exhibit a reliable, self-motivated, and respectful attitude with effective communication skills
