Overview
Join Larsen & Toubro as the Plant & Machinery Lead stationed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands strategic oversight of site-level plant and machinery operations, ensuring seamless execution aligned with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive strategy for plant and machinery at the site, encompassing planning, mobilization, deployment, and upkeep to support project timelines.
- Collaborate with execution, planning, and procurement teams to develop detailed equipment requirement plans.
- Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules aimed at reducing downtime and prolonging equipment lifespan.
- Optimize equipment performance focusing on availability, utilization, fuel efficiency, and controlling maintenance expenditures.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, legal standards, and environmental regulations pertinent to equipment use.
Required Expertise
- Extensive knowledge in planning, operating, and maintaining heavy-duty equipment.
- Experienced in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and asset tracking technologies.
- Ability to think strategically with solid leadership skills to manage projects effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and competence in engaging with various stakeholders.
