Job Overview

The role involves complete responsibility for implementing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols at the site, ensuring compliance with both corporate standards and legal regulations. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires hands-on management of EHS activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive site-level EHS strategies, procedures, and compliance measures in alignment with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
• Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation are up-to-date; coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections to maintain zero non-compliance status.
• Identify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments, implement appropriate control measures, and conduct continuous monitoring of workplace safety conditions.
• Lead thorough incident investigations, analyze root causes, and manage corrective and preventive action plans, guaranteeing timely and accurate incident documentation.
• Develop and deliver site-specific EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors; evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives on a regular basis.
