Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Placement Officer position at the Raipur Frankfinn Institute entails forging and sustaining partnerships with airlines, hospitality firms, travel agencies, and other sector stakeholders to facilitate student placements. Daily duties encompass organizing campus placement drives, coordinating interviews, maintaining comprehensive placement documentation, and generating reports. Additionally, the officer offers career counseling, assists students with interview readiness, CV crafting, professional conduct, and leads or arranges workshops to enhance employability skills. Collaboration with faculty and management is essential to synchronize training outcomes with industry standards and uphold excellence in placement results.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in campus placement coordination and building industry partnerships to secure student opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with employers and students.
  • Experience in career guidance, assisting students with career planning and selection process preparation.
  • Educational background or professional experience in vocational training, preferably related to aviation, hospitality, travel, or customer service sectors.
  • Strong organizational capabilities for managing placement records, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with academic and administrative teams, handling multiple placement activities concurrently.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline; credentials in HR, education, hospitality, or management are advantageous.
  • Prior work history in placement management, recruitment, or talent sourcing is preferred.
