Job description
About the Role
We are currently looking to hire Packing Staff for multiple locations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The position primarily involves order packing, barcode scanning, inventory management, and stock keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack customer orders with accuracy.
- Scan barcodes to ensure correct tracking of inventory.
- Manage and handle stock and inventory operations.
- Maintain organized stock keeping practices.
Candidate Eligibility
- Male candidates aged between 18 and 32 years.
- Minimum education qualification: above 10th class level.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic take-home salary of ₹16,300 per month.
- Attendance bonus of ₹2,000.
- Social security benefits like PF and ESI amounting to ₹2,000.
- Travel allowance of ₹1,500 per month.
- Total monthly earnings range between ₹20,000 and ₹21,000.
- Special migration bonus of ₹3,000 applicable for select locations Manikonda, Gachibowli, and Kondapur.
Shift Timings and Work Schedule
- Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Night shift: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Work duration: 9 hours per day.
- Work days: 6 days per week.
