Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are collaborating with a reputed FMCG company seeking Primary Sales Representatives (PSR) to manage sales operations across various locations. This full-time position emphasizes direct interaction with retailers and distributors to boost product availability and visibility, while achieving sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage primary and secondary sales within designated territories.
• Regularly visit retailers and distributors to maintain relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and productivity benchmarks.
• Ensure that products are readily available and prominently displayed in the market.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with retail and distribution partners.
• Monitor competitor actions and keep up with market trends.
• Document daily sales activities and collect market feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any stream or completion of 12th grade.
• At least one year of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to conduct local travel for field visits.
• Goal-driven and motivated to achieve results independently.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of FMCG market dynamics and operations.
• Experience in managing distributor relations.
• Skills in retail market coverage and expansion.

Additional Information

Compensation: ₹13000 net take-home per month along with Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance Corporation benefits.
