About the Role
Join a well-established private physiotherapy clinic located in South East Coastal Melbourne as a full-time Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. This position offers a rare balance of meaningful clinical work within a supportive team environment, allowing you to enjoy a genuine work-life balance by working four days per week without weekend shifts.
You'll collaborate alongside three experienced physiotherapists while managing a diverse caseload primarily focused on musculoskeletal conditions. Approximately a quarter of your patients will benefit from Clinical Pilates, making this an excellent role for those who appreciate integrating hands-on therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver Clinical Pilates sessions for about 25% of your caseload, contributing to comprehensive rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively within a team of physiotherapy professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain independent clinical workload management while supporting team objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience or a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Either having Clinical Pilates experience or willingness to engage with that component of patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Dedication to providing exemplary patient care within a clinical setting.
- Capability to work both autonomously and as part of a professional team.
