Although the role supports candidates nationwide remotely, preference is given to individuals residing in the western U.S. with established connections in the school photography, yearbook, and student recognition sectors. This position aims to boost ECS's high-margin partnership revenues while deepening regional relationships and broadening system adoption.

- Recruit and onboard new partners into the Referral Partner Program (RPP).
- Explore opportunities for growth in CSP and software licensing within school photography and yearbook organizations.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with school photography companies, studios, yearbook groups, and related service providers.
- Travel to conferences, partner sites, and industry events to both recruit and fortify partnerships.
- Collaborate with ECS Marketing and Partner Operations teams to enhance onboarding materials, landing pages, guides, and support resources.
- Coordinate with partners regarding pricing, services, software features, production capabilities, and operational escalations.
- Represent ECS on the West Coast by conducting regular in-person partner visits and attending regional events to develop strategic partnerships.
- Provide monthly updates covering partnership pipeline growth, revenue development, partner retention, forecasted opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ECS software offerings, wholesale production capabilities, RPP structures, competitive landscape, and local market conditions.
- Identify ways to simplify partner workflows and improve operational efficiency aligned with ECS initiatives.
- Collect partner feedback to help shape ECS’s future Partner Channel strategy.
- Work closely with ECS leadership on long-term partner infrastructure and growth projects.
- Quickly learn company software and systems, including Admin and EDONext.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and maintain open communication among departments and partner organizations.
- Complete all mandated company certifications and training in a timely manner.
- Commit to extended work hours and travel as necessary, especially during conferences, partner visits, and production seasons.
- Adhere to company policies and demonstrate professional conduct within the workplace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established contacts within the school photography or yearbook industry.
- Experience in managing partnerships or business development roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with yearbook, photography, or school service organizations preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the West Coast.
- Excellent organizational skills and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred residence in the western United States with capacity for frequent regional travel.
