Job description
Role Overview
Thyrocare seeks to appoint Phlebotomists for home sample collection throughout the Delhi region. This position involves visiting clients' locations to collect blood samples using the vacutainer method.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have completed a qualification in Laboratory Technology such as DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology. Prior work experience of at least six months specifically in vacutainer blood collection is essential.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The remuneration is performance-based, with a guaranteed minimum of 90 sample collections monthly, paid at Rs.160 per collection, resulting in an approximate monthly earning between Rs.20,000 and Rs.37,000. The working hours are full-time, from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Work Location and Requirements
The position requires servicing clients across Delhi. Candidates must possess a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driver's license. In cases where the candidate does not own a vehicle, the company offers provision of a two-wheeler.
