About the Role

If you find enjoyment in deep thinking and deciphering logical challenges, join TELUS Digital as a Philosophy & Logic Specialist to support the enhancement of AI models by making them more rational and ethically sound. No technical expertise is necessary; your principal task involves reviewing AI-generated text to verify it exhibits consistent logic, avoids contradictions, and maintains fairness. Essentially, you will act as the AI’s "Logic Coach."

Primary Responsibilities

Analyze AI-generated explanations to detect logical flaws and inconsistencies.
Assess AI’s responses to ethical queries for fairness and correctness.
Spot and report any bias present in AI-created content.
Revise AI outputs to improve clarity, accuracy, and comprehensibility.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be able to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time.
Hold a bachelor's degree in philosophy or a closely related discipline.
Possess native-level fluency in the primary language, with intermediate (B1) English proficiency.
Exhibit strong analytical skills capable of identifying logical mistakes and clearly explaining reasoning.

Salary and Work Details

Compensation ranges from $8,624 to $24,000 annually.
Position is part-time and fully remote with flexible scheduling.
