Job Role and Responsibilities
- Expertise in performing Phacoemulsification and Refractive surgeries efficiently and independently.
- Capability to manage all outpatient department (OPD) and clinical workflows within ophthalmology.
- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals at the assigned center effectively.
Required Candidate Profile
- Strong surgical and clinical ophthalmology skills with a proven ability to conduct excellent Phaco and Refractive surgeries.
- Independent working proficiency in surgical and clinical duties related to eye care.
