Pest Control Technician

Role overview

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Toccoa, GA to serve residential and commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based role with strong earning potential and a company vehicle provided. What you will do

• Drive a daily service route and deliver dependable pest control service to customers.
• Inspect homes and other properties, including attics, crawl spaces, and similar areas, to identify insects, nesting or harborage areas, and conditions that may attract pests.
• Explain customized treatment options clearly and professionally to customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships through courteous, helpful service.
• Collect payments for services when required.
• Maintain equipment and the company vehicle so they remain safe and in proper working order.
• Provide responsive, patient answers to customer questions throughout the service visit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to qualify for and keep any state-required pest control licenses or certifications.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided to the selected candidate.
