Role Summary
The Personnel Officer will handle a broad spectrum of personnel and administrative duties within the HR Administrative division. This role involves processing and maintaining personnel documents to support accurate and timely employee remuneration, ensuring compliance with Almarai's established policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant business disciplines, including Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in related fields.
- Proficient computer literacy with strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications, notably Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
