Job Summary
We are seeking a Personality Development Faculty member to design and conduct interactive sessions aimed at boosting individuals' self-confidence, social skills, and professional etiquette, ultimately preparing them for successful careers and social interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and activities focused on public speaking, body language, and voice modulation.
- Instruct on business etiquette, physical grooming, and workplace professionalism to enhance learner confidence.
- Prepare students for placements by conducting mock interviews, facilitating group discussions, and assisting with portfolio preparation.
- Lead behavioral development through lessons on soft skills such as time management, emotional resilience, stress management, and teamwork.
- Develop and regularly update curriculum materials including training content, worksheets, and online modules suited to the learner demographic.
- Mentor individuals by addressing communication issues, accent modification, and behavioral improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education; postgraduate degrees or UGC NET certification preferred by higher education institutions.
- 2 to 8 years of training experience in educational settings, EdTech firms, or corporate learning and development.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Expertise in public speaking techniques and classroom management.
- Understanding of psychological and behavioral training methods applicable to both children and adults.
- Proficiency with digital presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and online teaching platforms.
