Role Overview

For the Eichwalde area, this full-time on-site position is for a Personaldisponent who will support staffing operations in a growing personnel services environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary staffing assignments.
• Conduct interviews, handle contract finalization, and support employees throughout their assignments.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
• Receive assignments, maintain records, and coordinate deployment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with collective agreement rules and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed training as a personnel services specialist or another commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in employee leasing / temporary staffing.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm for the role.
• High level of independence, initiative, and creativity.
• Valid Class B driving license.
