Role Summary
The company is hiring compassionate Personal Support Workers to care for clients in the community and help them remain safely and comfortably in their homes. This role supports people of all ages and backgrounds by providing day-to-day personal care, emotional support, and help with routine household and care-related tasks.
Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and casual basis. For full-time and part-time roles, guaranteed bi-weekly hours are offered, along with company-sponsored health coverage.
Work location: Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Pay rate: $23.50 to $24.63 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Deliver personal care services to clients living in the community.
- Help clients carry out daily living activities in line with their care plans.
- Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support as needed.
- Complete assigned household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and monitoring home safety.
- Support care plans that may include skin care, hair care, mouth care, bathing, bowel and bladder care, positioning, mobility assistance, exercise, feeding, special diets, oxygen support, and medication reminders.
- Carry out specialized client-specific procedures with clinical training and supervision.
- Record completed care tasks and observations about the client’s condition.

Education and Experience
A Personal Support Worker diploma or an equivalent qualification is required, and proof must be provided.
Skills and Attributes
Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English are required. French is also required for roles in Quebec or where French is needed for service delivery. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle are mandatory.
Hiring Requirements
- Two supervisory references.
- A clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector screening.
- Proof of a negative TB result.
Additional Conditions
