About the Role
Eberjey seeks enthusiastic and energetic Personal Stylists to become vital members of our retail team in New York City's Gansevoort area. Personal Stylists represent our brand by delivering exceptional customer service, creating unforgettable shopping experiences, and cultivating strong customer relationships through genuine interaction. Deep knowledge of our brand's aesthetic, culture, and product line is essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Achieve or exceed monthly personal sales targets and contribute to daily store sales and KPI goals.
- Build a loyal customer base by offering a welcoming brand experience, participating in company initiatives, and connecting with the local community.
- Guide customers with accurate sizing, fitting sessions, and style advice aligned with our brand look.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit through effective questioning and fitting room support.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current and upcoming products to provide expert guidance.
- Support Store Leader with daily operations and fostering brand presence and enthusiasm in the community.
- Promote a positive image of the brand and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Self-driven and capable of multitasking with a positive, patient, and adaptable attitude toward customer needs.
- Proven excellence in customer service and sales with a history of developing loyal clients.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, promoting sales, engaging with the community, and an interest in fashion.
- Strong attention to detail with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (experience with KWI back-office software is advantageous).
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and skill with iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and internet usage.
- Physical capability to stand for lengthy periods, carry up to 10 pounds, climb ladders, bend, and reach as needed.
