Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which handles applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Personal PR & Branding Executive in Ireland.

The role focuses on building, safeguarding, and elevating the public profile of a prominent individual across press, digital channels, and public-facing appearances. You will help deliver a unified personal branding approach that keeps the person’s voice, story, and visual identity aligned across every touchpoint. In a fast-moving, high-profile setting, you will maintain media relationships, coordinate public relations activities, and contribute to thought leadership efforts. The position combines strategic communications thinking with day-to-day execution across social media, content development, and reputation management. You will work closely with creative teams, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure all outward-facing communications reinforce a consistent and compelling personal brand. Because the environment is highly confidential and influential, discretion, accuracy, and strong editorial judgment are critical.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and refining a personal brand strategy, keeping messaging, tone, and visual identity aligned across all public channels.
  • Handle media relations tasks such as preparing press kits and media briefs, conducting outreach, and coordinating interviews, feature opportunities, and speaking engagements.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, with a focus on audience engagement and brand consistency.
  • Write and polish a range of content, including social posts, talking points, articles, and thought leadership materials, with ghostwriting support where needed.
  • Organize the logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynote sessions, ensuring the brand is presented strongly and professionally.
  • Track media coverage, public perception, and online presence, and help identify reputational risks while supporting crisis communication efforts when necessary.
  • Work with designers, editors, and outside partners to preserve a polished and consistent brand presence across all content formats.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, preferably in support of senior leaders or public figures.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the flexibility to adjust tone for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy, digital branding, and multi-platform content distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or other public-facing stakeholders.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong project management capabilities, paired with a creative, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Russian fluency is a strong plus, and other languages are beneficial.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay appropriate for senior-level communications and branding work.
  • 100% remote working arrangement.
  • The chance to contribute directly to high-impact personal branding initiatives.
  • Exposure to premium media, influencer, and executive communications environments.
  • Flexible work setup that supports independence and work-life balance.
  • Creative ownership over content direction, messaging, and brand storytelling.
  • A dynamic, globally connected communications setting.
