Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is posted on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle the application review process and all follow-up steps. The hiring company is seeking a Personal PR & Branding Executive in Saudi Arabia.
The position focuses on building, safeguarding, and strengthening the public profile of a high-profile individual across media channels, digital platforms, and live appearances. You will help deliver a unified personal branding approach that keeps the voice, message, and visual style aligned everywhere the individual is seen or heard.
In this fast-moving, high-visibility environment, you will manage press relationships, support media and speaking opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. The work combines strategy with execution, covering social media, content development, and reputation management. You will work closely with creative teams, agents, and other stakeholders to make sure every public interaction supports a consistent and credible personal brand. Because this is a confidential and influential setting, discretion, accuracy, and strong editorial judgment are critical.
Key responsibilities
- Help implement and refine the personal branding strategy so that messaging, tone, and visual presentation remain consistent across all public channels.
- Handle media relations tasks such as preparing press kits and media briefs, conducting outreach, and coordinating interviews, features, and speaking opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, while keeping engagement and brand objectives in mind.
- Create and polish written material such as social posts, talking points, articles, and thought leadership content, including ghostwritten copy when needed.
- Organize the logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynote sessions to ensure the brand is presented strongly and professionally.
- Track media coverage, public response, and online visibility, and flag potential reputation issues early while supporting crisis communication efforts when required.
- Work with designers, editors, and external partners to keep branding consistent and high quality across all formats.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, preferably with senior executives or high-profile individuals.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the flexibility to adjust tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, digital branding, and multi-platform content distribution.
- Background working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or other public-facing stakeholders.
- A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and care when handling sensitive information.
- Strong project management capability, along with a creative, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
- English fluency is mandatory; Russian fluency is a significant advantage, and other languages are welcomed.
Benefits
- Competitive pay comparable to senior communications and branding positions.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- The chance to contribute to high-impact personal branding work with strong visibility.
- Exposure to premium media, influencer, and executive communications environments.
- Flexible working practices that support autonomy and work-life balance.
- Creative control over content direction, messaging, and brand storytelling.
- A dynamic, globally connected communications setting.
