Personal Lines Insurance New Business Sales Executive

About the Role

Join Campion Insurance, a well-established and trusted insurance brokerage in Ireland, as a New Business Sales Executive within our Personal Lines team based in Cork. You will provide advice on and facilitate sales of car, home, and van insurance policies to new clients, delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support. Your contribution may extend to identifying opportunities for cross-referral into our Life, Pensions, and Health divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes (motor, home, and van) both by handling inbound queries and proactive outbound activities.
• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and provide clear, informative advice.
• Encourage and execute cross-sales of our broader portfolio of insurance offerings.
• Consistently work towards and exceed set targets for quotes provided and policies sold.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Holding either a CIP, APA (Personal General), or recognized grandfathered qualification is necessary.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience within an insurance brokerage, with a focus on building a sales career.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of insurance products and competitor activity.
• Familiarity with the RELAY insurance platform is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in persuasive communication, negotiation, and client retention techniques.
