Job Overview
This full-time role offers the opportunity to work entirely remotely as a Personal Injury Fee Earner managing a personal injury caseload.

Primary Responsibilities
- Handle your own caseload comprising fast track Employer's Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident personal injury claims
- Manage all cases from inception through to resolution
- Engage regularly with experts, legal counsel, and clients
- Prepare essential court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, and document lists
- Instruct and provide briefings to counsel as needed
- Support the supervising solicitor with post-litigation casework
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of three years' experience handling a variety of fast-track personal injury claims including Employer's Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident cases
- Qualification as a solicitor or legal executive is advantageous but not mandatory
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Ministry of Justice Portal and Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience managing cases through the pre-litigation stage
- Post-litigation experience is a plus but not essential
