Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Family Lawyer with more than three years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our busy team full-time. Flexibility for part-time work arrangements can be considered for the ideal candidate. The role involves independently handling a variety of family law matters including separation agreements, contracting out agreements, dissolution of marriage, spousal maintenance claims, and child care cases.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Manage family law cases with autonomy while providing mentorship and supervision to junior lawyers.
• Exhibit strong document drafting skills and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Apply excellent analytical abilities and practical problem-solving techniques in daily tasks.
