Personal Disposition Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Personal Disponent:in to strengthen a growing team in Berlin. If you enjoy working with people, communicate confidently with a wide range of contacts, and already bring strong experience in staff scheduling and coordination, this role offers the chance to develop further in a well-established and experienced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently book, organize, and support technical staff
• Create and monitor staffing schedules according to operational requirements
• Plan assignments with cost-effectiveness in mind
• Review invoices
• Maintain employee master data

What You Bring

• German language skills at least at B2 level
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry, ideally with completed training as an event management professional and relevant specialist knowledge
• Alternatively, several years of experience in event gastronomy together with suitable HR-related expertise
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• A cooperative, team-oriented, and communicative personality
