About the Role
Join Singapore's premier local bank as a Personal Banker and embark on a fulfilling career in banking and wealth management. Compensation and Benefits
- Paid training from the very first day of your employment.

- Expected first-year earnings typically range between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000 or more.

- Those with banking or financial sales experience earn a basic salary of SGD 4,000 to 5,500 plus the monthly fixed allowance.
- A sign-on bonus is also available.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in managing wealth protection and investment solutions.
- Offer various banking products and services tailored to customers' needs.
- Client acquisition through cold calling provided leads and servicing bank branch walk-ins.
- No requirements to contact family or friends, door-to-door sales, attend roadshows, or conduct random prospecting.
Career Development
Performance-based advancement opportunities within 2 to 5 years leading to roles such as Relationship Manager for priority or mass affluent clients and team management positions.
Training and Support
- Three weeks of classroom-based training followed by 8 to 12 weeks of on-the-job coaching.
- Support to obtain the CMFAS certification, including reimbursement.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
- A local Diploma or Degree recognized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is mandatory.
- Full-time private diplomas such as those from SIM Global Education, NAFA, or Lasalle may be accepted; part-time diplomas typically do not qualify.
