Job description
Role Overview
The Women’s and Children’s Division at Whipps Cross Hospital is seeking a proactive and competent personal assistant to deliver high-standard administrative support to the Divisional Quadumvirate and leadership team. This position involves managing diaries, organizing meetings, preparing materials, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the Women’s and Children’s Divisional Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for monthly key meetings, including paper collation and minute taking.
- Efficiently manage the leadership team’s schedules and arrange meetings.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on all action items from meetings.
