Role Overview
This exciting role within our General Counsel function entails providing comprehensive administrative support to two Legal Directors. The position is hybrid with a requirement to be on-site in the London office 2 to 3 days per week. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, email correspondence, and organizing events, all in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and poise under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a proactive, dependable, and highly efficient personal assistant service to two Legal Directors to maximize their business productivity.
- Manage diaries and emails diligently to ensure optimal allocation of Directors’ time.
- Handle multiple simultaneous tasks and issues with effective prioritization.
- Adjust approaches flexibly to accommodate various business processes and stakeholder needs.
- Foresee the demands and pressures on the Directors and prioritize work accordingly.
- Identify and escalate critical issues timely to facilitate prioritization and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive material.
- Prepare and compile written documents and communications with accuracy and quality to support Directors’ meetings and decision-making.
- Collect and present essential management information and planning documents as needed.
- Coordinate centralized administrative processes such as travel arrangements and expense claims for the Directors and their teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000, dependent on experience, along with a bonus potential of 8% to 16%. Other benefits include private medical coverage, 38 days of annual leave, a strong pension scheme, life assurance worth 12 times salary, career breaks, income protection, and three paid volunteering days.
