About the Role

Culture Guru seeks a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support four Board Directors at a leading construction and fit-out company based in the City of London. This senior-level position offers a salary up to £85,000, with potential performance bonuses between 3% and 10%, plus additional benefits. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid with 1-2 days working from home, operating between 08:00 and 17:00 hours. The start date is flexible, accommodating notice periods.

As the first dedicated PA to the Board, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and shape this new function, supporting the leadership team through a period of exciting growth. You must possess the confidence, resilience, and professionalism to manage four demanding Directors, anticipate their requirements, and maintain effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, comprehensive PA support to four senior Board Directors.
  • Manage and coordinate diaries, prioritizing and protecting time efficiently across all Directors.
  • Take detailed minutes during board and senior-level meetings and track follow-ups.
  • Oversee end-to-end meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda preparation, document circulation, and action tracking.
  • Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Directors, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and reliability.
  • Organize travel, appointments, and manage broader executive administrative duties as required.
  • Support the leadership team with general executive and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PA or EA supporting senior leaders or board-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex and competing diaries calmly and effectively.
  • Confident, resilient, and assertive, able to hold ground and provide pushback when needed.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations, even when personalities clash.
  • Excellent minute-taking abilities and strong written communication skills.
  • Polished, professional demeanor with the ability to build trust rapidly at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently using initiative.
  • Previous experience within the construction sector is a desirable advantage.
