The business is built on durable partnerships, dependable operations, strong service standards, and a commitment to quality and integrity.

Key Duties

  • Review incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence, then sort and respond appropriately.
  • Manage confidential information carefully and professionally at all times.
  • Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, stays, and itineraries.
  • Organize meetings with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Follow up on action items, timelines, and project milestones to keep initiatives on track.
  • Monitor open orders, customer communication, and business development activity.
  • Enter sales orders and purchase orders accurately.
  • Keep CRM data, customer records, digital files, and business documentation orderly and current.
  • Research opportunities and prepare background information for meetings and special projects.
  • Help with trade show coordination, logistics, scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
  • Handle general administrative work and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is dependable, discreet, highly attentive to detail, and able to work independently. Strong judgment, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise are essential.

Schedule and Compensation
