Role Overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for Latin America, supporting the Director of New Business Development. The position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, stay ahead of day-to-day needs, and keep administrative and business processes running smoothly.

Key Duties
- Coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily task priorities.
- Review incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence, then sort and respond appropriately.
- Manage confidential information carefully and professionally at all times.
- Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, stays, and itineraries.
- Organize meetings with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Follow up on action items, timelines, and project milestones to keep initiatives on track.
- Monitor open orders, customer communication, and business development activity.
- Enter sales orders and purchase orders accurately.
- Keep CRM data, customer records, digital files, and business documentation orderly and current.
- Research opportunities and prepare background information for meetings and special projects.
- Help with trade show coordination, logistics, scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
- Handle general administrative work and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is dependable, discreet, highly attentive to detail, and able to work independently. Strong judgment, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise are essential.
Schedule and Compensation
Compensation is USD 1,500 to USD 2,000 per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. This role is fully remote and limited to candidates based in Latin America.
