Role summary
The Business Advisory Services team is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support Directors and Associate Directors. This position plays a central coordination role and helps maintain efficient day-to-day operations across the team.
Key duties
- Prepare correspondence, reports, invoices, and presentations in accordance with firm standards.
- Coordinate meetings by setting agendas, gathering supporting documents, and recording minutes when needed.
- Arrange internal meetings, team gatherings, and client-facing events or functions.
- Handle operational administration, including database updates, file management, travel arrangements, and general office processes.
- Manage diaries and inboxes, organise schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure Directors are well prepared and prioritised.
- Serve as a professional contact for clients and stakeholders while helping build strong working relationships.
What they are looking for
- Experience in a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar administrative support role; experience in professional services would be an advantage.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several competing tasks at once.
- Excellent accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Confident written and spoken communication skills, paired with a polished and approachable style.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A self-starter who can adapt quickly and approach problems in a practical, solutions-oriented way.
- Experience supporting events or working with clients is preferred.
