Role summary

This position is for a refined, service-oriented Personal Admin Assistant / Junior Personal & Lifestyle Assistant. The role combines personal administration, lifestyle research, coordination of errands, and event support to help keep the family’s private affairs running smoothly. It suits someone who is detail-focused, professionally presented, and confident communicating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

What you will handle

  • Manage everyday administrative tasks and lifestyle coordination, including senior-level travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Research premium lifestyle options such as gifting ideas, restaurants, wellness providers, curated experiences, and travel choices.
  • Support household coordination by working with vendors, handling deliveries, and arranging maintenance visits.
  • Assist with planning and executing logistics for private events, family functions, and social occasions.
  • Carry out personal errands discreetly and efficiently, both within Singapore and overseas when needed.
  • Draft simple documents, track expenses, and provide general administrative support as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently uphold a polished, professional standard.

Ideal background

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration, personal assistance, or lifestyle coordination, preferably in luxury hospitality, a private household, or a family office.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant in a corporate setting is an advantage, as is a background in hospitality or aviation service roles.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation abilities, with the composure to manage several tasks at once.
  • Well-developed research capability and a practical, solution-focused approach.
  • High standards of discretion, honesty, and professional conduct.
  • Clear, polished communication and strong interpersonal skills.
