Permanent Substitute - HMS 26-27 School Year

Position Summary

This role involves assisting with the execution of educational programs by conducting thorough assessments, evaluations, and delivering instruction tailored to both parents and children. The responsibilities include home visitations, instructional duties, offering technical support, and acting as a resource for support staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of an associate's degree or a combination equivalent to it along with at least one year of successful teaching experience at the level of Instructor I.
• Compliance with criminal background checks as mandated by Kentucky State Law.
• Fulfillment of health standards outlined in the district's personnel policies.

Additional Employment Conditions

• Employment requires successful completion of both national and state criminal history background checks.
• Applicants must provide a clearance letter from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services confirming no substantiated child abuse or neglect as determined by relevant background checks, in accordance with state law.
