This is a dynamic position requiring hands-on involvement and the ability to oversee the entire campaign process — from planning and budgeting to creative development and landing page optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive paid advertising campaigns: developing strategy, setup, budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and ongoing optimization on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Lead or collaborate on producing compelling ad creatives with a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives conversions.
- Create or guide the creation of campaign-specific landing pages, applying foundational conversion rate optimization practices.
- Analyze and monitor all relevant metrics including spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and customer funnel performance.
- Conduct tests, interpret results impartially, and apply insights to improve future campaigns.
- Adapt and assist with adjacent marketing tasks as priorities evolve within a startup environment requiring flexibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience designing and implementing paid digital campaigns that have delivered measurable conversions, with the ability to share concrete results and strategies.
- Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals including audience targeting, creative testing, attribution models, and performance measurement.
- Creative aptitude to produce or direct advertising visuals and videos, with an eye for quality output.
- Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization methodologies and landing page development to effectively oversee or create pages that convert.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Comfortable interpreting data and using analytics and ad platform reports for continuous improvement.
- Between 2 and 4 years of direct experience in performance marketing, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS or B2B products.
- Additional competencies in graphic design or video editing.
- Passion for marketing trends, channels, and best practices with a deep enthusiasm for effective campaign strategies.
What WaitWell Provides
- Competitive salary package.
- Performance-based bonus program.
- Health and dental insurance benefits.
- Participation in a stock-option plan.
- Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
