About the Role
Join a premiership-winning team competing in the world’s top Rugby League competition. The Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club seeks an enthusiastic Marketing & CRM Executive to enhance commercial growth and fan relationships through the Panthers Digital Network, which engages over 1.4 million social followers and a large opted-in email base across Australia. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Digital and Data, you will lead CRM initiatives to strengthen connections with both passionate and casual fans nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine customer engagement paths using HubSpot, covering acquisition, onboarding, retention, revenue streams, and reactivation.
- Implement marketing campaigns across SMS, EDM, retargeting channels within HubSpot, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate digital campaign schedules for commercial partners aligned with the partnership program.
- Track fan interactions and commercial-focused journeys on HubSpot and digital channels.
- Generate comprehensive reports analyzing direct marketing campaign results.
- Serve as the marketing liaison for specific commercial teams within the marketing department.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Support additional duties as required.
Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience managing marketing campaigns using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Formal education in marketing or communications.
- Strong data-driven marketing and customer database management skills.
- Proficient in managing campaign calendars to ensure on-time execution.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest or background in sports is a plus.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends during the National Rugby League season, with on-site attendance required at Panthers home games.
